  • Coordinate desktop evaluations, engineering analyses, field site surveys, and technical assessments supporting AWOS, VWOS, WCAM, and other aviation weather initiatives.
  • Develop and maintain integrated project schedules, action item trackers, risk registers, and technical deliverable schedules.
  • Coordinate multidisciplinary engineering teams to ensure technical products are completed accurately and on schedule.
  • Serve as the primary point of coordination for field survey planning, logistics, travel, site access, and stakeholder communications.
  • Support preparation, quality review, and delivery of technical reports, engineering recommendations, requirements documentation, and implementation packages.
  • Coordinate technical discussions with FAA representatives, engineering organizations, subcontractors, and installation partners.
  • Track technical issues, project risks, assumptions, dependencies, and decisions through resolution.
  • Translate customer requirements and field observations into actionable engineering tasks and project deliverables.
  • Support procurement planning by identifying long-lead materials, equipment dependencies, and implementation constraints.
  • Coordinate closely with Engineering, Quality, Safety, Cybersecurity, Contracts, Logistics, Procurement, and Program Controls.
  • Assist with development of implementation strategies, migration planning, and technical transition activities.
  • Maintain traceability between customer requirements, engineering recommendations, site survey findings, project decisions, and final deliverables.
  • Support project reviews, customer briefings, status reporting, and executive-level communications.
  • Recommend process improvements that enhance project execution, documentation quality, and schedule performance.
Qualifications

  • U.S. Citizenship required.
  • Ability to obtain and maintain a Public Trust clearance.
  • Minimum of 8 years with BS/BA; Minimum of 6 years with MS/MA; Minimum of 3 years with PhD, 12 years in lieu of a degree
  • Demonstrated experience managing complex technical projects involving engineering, infrastructure modernization, telecommunications, aviation systems, or other mission-critical environments.
  • Experience coordinating multidisciplinary engineering teams across multiple organizations.
