RESPONSIBILITIES:
Kforce is immediately seeking an experience Forward Deployment Engineer AI in support of our enterprise storage and compute customer based in Round Rock, TX.
Summary:
The DevSecOps Engineering team ensures that all Company IT teams and applications are using the industry standard security products for managing secrets and credentials in Secure Development Lifecycle (SDL). The security products and platforms will be integrated in DevOps CICD pipeline to improve the developer experience. Engineers will work with platforms, application teams and architects with the most advanced technologies, tools, software engineering methodologies and the collaboration of internal and external partners.

What you will achieve:
As an AI Security Engineer, you will be a part of a team in a very fast paced, agile environment that requires strong technical ability, flexibility, sound judgement and creative thinking.
You will:
* Explore and make recommendations on security products
* Follow Secure Development Lifecycle (SDL) standards and practices
* Work with external Vendors to manage the backlog and roadmap
* Leverage AI capabilities to scan AI models and Engines
* Integrate Security products in DevOps eco system
REQUIREMENTS:
* Experience with DevOps, Security tools, scans and vulnerability remediation
* Programming Languages: Strong Proficiency in Python/JavaScript, alongside TypeScript/JavaScript and SQL
* Experience with Cloud Native Container platforms like Kubernetes, KOB (Container on Base Metal) and Linux/Windows Server Operating Systems. Ability to hook up APIs, handle single sign-on (SSO/SAML), and connect enterprise systems
* AI & Machine Learning: Familiarity with modern AI tools, including LLMs, Agentic skills and workflows, Agent Looping and Spec/Loop Driven Development
Desirable Requirements:
* 12+ years of software development experience including 3+ years of experience in DevOps/DevSecOps in a professional role with a Bachelor's degree
The pay range is the lowest to highest compensation we reasonably in good faith believe we would pay at posting for this role. We may ultimately pay more or less than this range. Employee pay is based on factors like relevant education, qualifications, certifications, experience, skills, seniority, location, performance, union contract and business needs. This range may be modified in the future.
We offer comprehensive benefits including medical/dental/vision insurance, HSA, FSA, 401(k), and life, disability & ADD insurance to eligible employees. Salaried personnel receive paid time off. Hourly employees are not eligible for paid time off unless required by law. Hourly employees on a Service Contract Act project are eligible for paid sick leave.
