In the assigned Job Role of Technology Consultant 1, your Area Of Responsibility will be as below:
โ€ข Assist in conducting targeted interviews and workshops to capture user needs, and ensure accurate documentation of stakeholder requirements
โ€ข Participate in design discussions to capture software specifications, and aid in creation of process documentation.
โ€ข Develop, refine, and document code for new software applications, following detailed design specifications to meet user requirements
โ€ข Execute test plans, analyse outcomes, and report defects to the development team, to facilitate enhancement of software performance
โ€ข Support the integration of new software features, facilitating smooth transitions within the existing system infrastructure
โ€ข Monitor and troubleshoot live applications, ensuring prompt resolution of issues and creation of comprehensive documentation for ongoing system maintenance
โ€ข Systematically document coding practices, testing methodologies, and technical solutions, thereby enriching team's knowledge repository

Required Skill and Experience
Strong hands-on operational knowledge of:
o Manage access and governance controls across Azure Portal, Entra ID/AD groups, RBAC, Key Vault/secret scopes, and platform components including Databricks workspaces/cluster policies, ADF/SHIR, ADLS ACLs/zones
o Serving as the escalation owner for P1/P2 platform incidents and change coordination
o Azure Data Factory (ADF) (pipeline monitoring, triggers, activity failures, reruns).
o Databricks (job/workflow execution monitoring, logs, cluster behavior at an ops level).
o Monitoring/observability experience with Splunk and/or Azure Monitor / Log Analytics / App Insights.
o ITSM discipline using Ivanti (or similar): incident lifecycle, SR handling, change/RFC workflows.
o Batch scheduling/monitoring familiarity with Tidal (job chains, calendars, dependency failures, rerun controls).
Preferred Skill and Experience
Root cause (RCA) analysis and troubleshooting
Runbook and SOP development
Databricks and ADF platform admin
Security, access management

โ€ข Bachelor's degree or foreign equivalent required from an accredited institution. Will also consider three years of progressive experience in the specialty in lieu of every year of education.
