Salary Range: $180,000 - $225,000

Job Description:

Work with our Automotive and Industrial Group which provides management consulting services to help companies improve performance and grow stronger alongside other A&M professionals on a wide variety of complex assignments ranging from holistic cross-functional transformations, functional performance improvement, interim management and M&A assistance with a clear focus on quickly identifying high impact opportunities for EBITDA expansion, balance sheet improvements, and increasing shareholder/company value. Lead client engagements to deliver results on specialized Automotive and Industrial areas including: Product Development and Product Engineering; Distribution & Logistics, Network Modeling; Manufacturing and Contract Manufacturing; Business Unit and Operational Transformation; Direct & Indirect Procurement; SG&A Cost Reduction; M&A: Divestitures/Carve-Outs and Integration; Information Technology and Digital Improvements. Lead time-sensitive projects by structuring work plans and managing the process through to completion. Apply superior analytic skills to synthesize meaningful insights from data, opinions, or facts, develop findings, and make strategic recommendations. Work with clients directly to implement strategic and operational recommendations. Domestic or international travel up to approx. 50% of time.

Minimum Requirements:

Masterโ€™s degree in Business Administration, Finance, Supply Chain, or an engineering field and minimum 3 years of [or a Bachelorโ€™s degree or foreign equivalent as stated above and 5 years] of engineering or consulting experience in the automotive or industrial sector. Must have experience working with the following: engineering, manufacturing, supply chain, and procurement operations; structuring work plans and managing processes to completion including multi-workstream initiatives; performing quantitative and statistical analysis to develop strategic and operational recommendations; developing financial, operational, and cost models to evaluate performance improvement opportunities; synthesizing complex analysis and identifying operational, financial, and strategic implications; clients or stakeholders to implement strategic and operational recommendations; building and driving the case for change on work streams and projects; preparing client-ready documents, presentations, and analytical deliverables; structuring project management time, team coordination, and work-stream management; enterprise systems including ERP, planning, or operational systems to extract and analyze data; and building and maintaining client or stakeholder relationships.
