Revenue Growth Management (RGMx) Integration Lead

Position Summary

We are seeking a Revenue Growth Management (RGMx) Integration Lead to own the integration architecture, design, delivery, testing, and operational readiness of RGMx integrations. This role will serve as the key technical partner between business stakeholders, data and engineering teams, IT architecture, and external vendors to ensure secure, scalable, and reliable data flows across Pricing, Promotion, Trade Architecture, and Planning.

The ideal candidate brings strong enterprise integration experience, excellent stakeholder management skills, and the ability to translate complex business requirements into practical technical solutions.

Key Responsibilities

  • Own the integration strategy and architecture for the RGMx ecosystem.
  • Design and oversee API, batch, event, file-based, and database integrations.
  • Define interface contracts, data mappings, source-to-target specifications, and integration standards.
  • Partner with internal teams and vendors to design, deliver, and validate integrations.
  • Oversee integrations between RGMx, Trade Promotion Management systems, Data Lake, and other enterprise applications.
  • Establish data reconciliation, validation, quality, and exception-management processes.
  • Lead integration testing across SIT, UAT, end-to-end, regression, performance, and production validation.
  • Support deployment, cutover, production readiness, and hypercare activities.
  • Manage integration risks, dependencies, issues, timelines, and vendor deliverables.
  • Establish integration governance, documentation, change control, and technical approval processes.
  • Define monitoring, alerting, logging, recovery, and support requirements.
  • Develop operational runbooks and coordinate knowledge transfer to production support teams.

Required Qualifications

  • 7+ years of experience in enterprise integration, data integration, solution architecture, or a related field.
  • Experience leading inbound and outbound integrations for large-scale SaaS implementations.
  • Strong knowledge of API architecture, integration patterns, data mapping, schema design, and interface contracts.
  • Experience with OAuth, SAML, API keys, service principals, certificates, and secrets.
  • Experience with cloud data platforms such as Databricks and Azure.
  • Strong SQL and data analysis skills.
  • Experience with integration middleware such as SAP CPI and/or Azure Data Factory.
  • Experience with Microsoft SQL databases preferred.
  • Familiarity with CI/CD and automated deployment pipelines.
  • Understanding of data governance, Master Data Management, and data quality.
  • Proven experience managing third-party vendors and system integrators.
  • Strong communication, stakeholder management, problem-solving, and leadership skills.

Preferred Qualifications

  • Experience in CPG, Retail, Sales Technology, Trade Promotion, Analytics, or Revenue Growth Management.
  • Experience with Databricks Lakebase.
  • Experience supporting enterprise data lake/lakehouse environments.
  • Experience with complex,   cross-functional technology implementations.
