We are currently looking for a Lead/Sr BSA Data & Analytics for our Houston, TX office.

POSITION DESCRIPTION:

Serve as the key liaison between business stakeholders and the Data & Analytics team, translating business needs into data-driven solutions that deliver actionable insights, improve decision-making, and drive measurable business value.

REQUIRED SKILLS, KNOWLEDGE, AND EXPERIENCE:
  • 3+ years of experience in business analysis, data analytics, or a related field
  • Strong ability to translate business requirements into technical solutions
  • Experience working with data visualization tools (e.g., Power BI, Tableau)
  • Working knowledge of SQL and data concepts (data modeling, data quality, etc.)
  • Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills
  • Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, growth-oriented environment
  • Experience working in cross-functional teams within a data-driven environment
PREFERRED SKILLS, KNOWLEDGE, AND EXPERIENCE:
  • Experience with modern data platforms (e.g., Databricks, AWS)
  • Familiarity with data governance and data catalog tools (e.g., Alation)
  • Experience working in Agile or product-based delivery environments
  • Background in energy, industrial, or operationally complex industries
REQUIRED EDUCATION:
