Job description

The Operations & Finance Data Analytics Manager will lead the development, delivery, and support of enterprise reporting, dashboards, and automation solutions. This role oversees Power BI, Tableau, data wrangling, and AIdriven automation initiatives that improve decisionmaking and operational efficiency across the I&M Organization.


  • Develop and maintain dashboards and data models in Power BI and Tableau.
  • Build and manage automated workflows using AI and automation tools.
  • Oversee data preparation, transformation, and quality processes.
  • Partner with I&M Operations and functional units to understand reporting needs and deliver actionable insights.
  • Establish best practices for data governance, visualization standards, and automation workflows.
  • Support selfservice analytics and train users on BI tools.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s degree in data Analytics, IT, Business, or related field.
  • 5+ years of experience in analytics, BI development, or automation.
  • Strong skills in Power BI, Tableau, SQL, and data wrangling.
  • Experience with AI automation tools (Power Automate, Claude, Copilot, or similar).
  • Ability to manage projects, prioritize work, and communicate with stakeholders.
