Job Description

We are looking for a strategic and highly technical Marketing Data Analytics Manager to join our marketing intelligence efforts. In this role, you will bridge the gap between technical data infrastructure and marketing strategy-transforming raw web, lead, and campaign data into actionable growth insights. You will oversee our tracking ecosystem, manage marketing dashboards, guide a distributed team across diverse global markets, and champion data-driven decision-making across our growth, product, and sales pipelines.

Key Responsibilities Include but are not limited to:

Analytics Strategy & Leadership:

  • Drive the MI Empowerment Vision by owning full end-to-end customer data ownership to resolve historical reporting gaps and guarantee data integrity.

  • Define and standardize key performance metrics across the core data lifecycle stages: Data Ingestion, Account Management, and Cross-Platform Analytics.

Campaign & Lead Optimization:

  • Analyze UTM campaign data and lifecycle metrics within Salesforce and HubSpot.

  • Scale optimization efforts by operationalizing ZoomInfo Intent signals to generate fresh outbound target groups.

Web Analytics & Tagging Management:

  • Oversee web data architecture and tagging while managing core data ingestion workflows.

  • Establish protocols for securely and efficiently uploading list leads directly into HubSpot to construct a clean, reliable data baseline for all marketing initiatives.

Campaign & Lead Optimization:

  • Analyze UTM campaign data and track lifecycle metrics by connecting web behavior to lead generation performance.

Data Visualization & Reporting:

  • Build, maintain, and scale high-impact dashboards using Tableau or Looker to deliver analytics.

  • Provide the marketing organization with highly consistent, reliable, and consolidated reporting frameworks that unify metrics across all primary platforms.

Conversion Optimization (CRO):

  • Design and evaluate rigorous A/B testing frameworks, pairing statistical outcomes with user behavior insights from heatmap tools to optimize digital experiences.

Data Engineering Collaboration:

  • Utilize SQL to query data warehouses and collaborate with engineering on data pipelines.

  • Take technical ownership of high-impact automation tools to handle data normalization, reporting and architect automated post-event account routing.

Preferred Qualifications & Skills

  • Core Technical Stack: Advanced proficiency in writing SQL queries and building advanced visual report

  • Web Data & Tagging Expertise: Deep understanding of GA4 architecture and hands-on experience deploying complex tracking schemas.

  • Funnel Analytics: Comprehensive understanding of the lead lifecycle, attribution modeling, and pipeline data flowing through CRMs and MAPs.

  • Testing & Behavior Analysis: Solid grasp of A/B testing methodologies (statistical significance, sample sizes) and experience leveraging heatmap tools to analyze user friction points.

  • Communication: Exceptional ability to synthesize complex technical data into concise, strategic narratives for executive leadership.

  • Advanced Attribution: Experience data-blending ad platform APIs with CRM data to build custom multi-touch attribution models.

  • Understand the foundations of digital marketing

  • Programming Skills: Experience using Python (specifically pandas, numpy, or matplotlib) for data manipulation, automation, or advanced statistical analysis.

Target Base Salary Range: $120,000 - $135,000 USD
