As a Sr. Manager, Data Analytics, supporting Internal Audit you will ensure our analytical capabilities keep pace with increasing business complexity and global operational scale by focusing on the design, built, and operationalization of analytics, automation, and AI-driven solutions that enhance risk detection, accelerate audit execution, and expand assurance coverage across the company. This role is central to transforming how Internal Audit works, enabling continuous auditing, datadriven sampling, faster document analysis, and insightful dashboards that strengthen advisory impact and improve control effectiveness across the enterprise at our Fort Worth, TX location. In this role, a typical day will include:

  • Idealize, design and lead the implementation of risk identification and audit intelligence solutions to help with risk assessment, audit planning and delivery.

  • Partner with key stakeholders to understand business processes, datasets, and translate. business risks into analytics, indicators, and tests that detect issues early and comprehensively.

  • Lead projects aimed to build and maintain automated, scalable continuous auditing and monitoring mechanisms.

  • Lead initiatives that apply Artificial Intelligence concepts to streamline the Internal Audit and Internal Controls process with risk identification, testing and monitoring.

  • Design and implement automation projects (control testing, report generation, issue follow up, etc.).

  • Support the Enterprise Risk Management process with data-oriented insights.

  • Design data-driven sampling mechanisms that target highest-risk areas.

  • Develop and update dashboards for audit planning, scoping, issue tracking, and control performance monitoring.

  • Preparing datasets and visualizations that accelerate walkthroughs, testing, and reporting

  • Participate in audit engagements.

WHAT YOU'LL BRING TO ALCON:

  • Bachelor's Degree or Equivalent years of directly related experience (or high school +15 yrs; Assoc.+11 yrs; M.S.+4 yrs; PhD+3 yrs)

  • The ability to fluently read, write, understand, and communicate in English.

  • 7 Years of Relevant Experience

  • 3+ years in a data analytics/Artificial Intelligence role.

  • Ability to translate business processes into technical requirements.

  • Solid problem-solving skills.

Preferred qualifications:

  • Strong Alteryx, SQL, Python skills.

  • Familiarity with Artificial Intelligence, machine learning and generative AI tools.

  • Ability to design task-specific agent and multi-agent workflows.

  • Knowledge of SAP.

  • Very strong communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to influence senior management.

  • Strong project management skills.
