FOCUSPOINT is proud to partner with a leading healthcare organization in search of a strategic, detail-oriented Senior Business Analyst.. This role is ideal for a self-motivated professional with a strong foundation in managed care contracting and a passion for data integrity, reporting, and system optimization.

What You’ll Be Doing

As the Senior Business Analyst, you’ll play a pivotal role in ensuring compliance with pricing transparency regulations, maintaining contract data integrity, and driving process improvements across the organization. You’ll collaborate with internal stakeholders, train user groups, and support contract workflows—all while leveraging your analytical skills and Excel expertise.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Prepare and produce data required by federal and state pricing transparency regulations
  • Convert negotiated rate and fee schedule data into standardized formats
  • QA test standardized rate sheets and fee schedules for accuracy
  • Load and maintain standardized data in the system
  • Build pricing transparency reports and perform QA testing on output data
  • Design and implement ad hoc reports using contract language and pricing data
  • Maintain and optimize the managed care contract repository
  • Facilitate contract negotiation workflows and ensure accurate tracking
  • Input and review key contract terms in collaboration with stakeholders
  • Organize and upload contract documents, amendments, rate sheets, and manuals
  • Partner with ITG and leadership to suggest and test system improvements
  • Conduct live and remote training sessions for various user groups
  • Issue updates related to system changes and enhancements
  • Foster responsive relationships with internal customers, emphasizing timeliness and accuracy
  • Participate in ongoing training and professional development
