Location: Remote – Candidates must reside and work within the Eastern Time Zone

Job Summary

We are seeking an experienced Data Analyst III to support enterprise provider data initiatives within a large healthcare organization. This role will focus on complex data analysis, data validation, ETL processing, and production support for critical provider data automation projects. The ideal candidate has advanced SQL expertise, strong ETL experience, and a proven ability to analyze and resolve complex data issues while working in a fast-paced, collaborative environment.

This position offers the opportunity to contribute to high-impact healthcare initiatives involving provider data quality, credentialing, network adequacy, and enterprise data management.

Key Responsibilities

  • Analyze, validate, and troubleshoot complex provider data and data processing workflows.
  • Develop and maintain advanced SQL queries, stored procedures, SSIS packages, and SSRS reports.
  • Perform ETL development, data validation, and quality assurance testing.
  • Monitor and support production data processing in a cloud-based environment.
  • Investigate system and data issues, identify root causes, and recommend solutions.
  • Work closely with Credentialing, Provider Data Management, and Network teams to support enterprise initiatives.
  • Support provider data automation and modernization projects.
  • Ensure data accuracy, integrity, and compliance with established standards.
  • Communicate findings and recommendations to technical and business stakeholders.

Required Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, Data Analytics, or a related field (or equivalent experience).
  • Minimum 4 years of professional data analysis experience.
  • Advanced experience with:
    • SQL
    • Microsoft SQL Server
    • SSIS
    • SSRS
    • ETL development and data validation
  • Experience working with SQL Server Management Studio and SQL Developer.
  • Experience diagnosing data and system issues in production environments.
  • Strong understanding of data manipulation, data mining, and quality assurance.
  • Experience working within cloud-based production environments.
  • Programming experience in one or more of the following:
