"Architecture & Solution Design
• Define end-to-end CRM architecture using Dynamics 365, .NET frameworks, Power Platform, and Microsoft SaaS technologies.
• Ensure CRM solutions align with business goals, enterprise architecture standards, and security best practices.
• Provide technical leadership for CRM modernization, upgrades, and cloud-based transformations.
Development & Customization
