You'll work to safely clean, remediate, and restore residential and commercial properties, following strict safety protocols and company procedures from start to finish.
This is a physically demanding, emotionally mature role that rewards people who take pride in doing hard work well. No prior industry experience is required — we provide full training. Entry-level candidates start at $20 per hour, with pay up to $24 per hour based on relevant experience. What we're looking for is reliability, a strong work ethic, and someone who wants to build a career with a company that promotes from within. If you have previous experience in cleaning, restoration, moving, or construction, you may be an even better fit.
Schedule / Expected Work Hours:
  • Hours and schedule based on location
  • Emergency/Hazard hours may be required
    • Emergency/Hazard pay is provided
Responsibilities
  • Perform on-site cleaning, decontamination, and remediation services including:
    • Biohazard cleanup (bloodborne pathogens, crime scenes, unattended deaths)
    • Hoarding and clutter removal
    • Virus and infection control cleaning
    • Mold and odor remediation
  • Empathetic and professional communication with clients
  • Properly use personal protective equipment (PPE) and follow all OSHA and company safety protocols
  • Operate industrial cleaning equipment and tools (e.g., foggers, vacuums, floor buffer)
  • Maintain accurate documentation of services, materials used, and time spent on jobs
  • Communicate professionally and compassionately with clients in stressful and emotional situations
  • Work in a team environment with flexibility to adapt to different job scopes and schedules
  • Handle biohazard waste according to state and federal guidelines
  • Participate in on-call rotation for emergency responses (including evenings, weekends, and holidays)
  • Assist with vehicle, equipment, and supply maintenance
Qualifications
  • Must be 18 years of age
  • Physically fit: capable of lifting 50+ lbs., standing for long periods, and working in varied conditions.
  • Applicants should reside close enough to reliably commute to the office and respond when required
  • Previous experience with power tools, construction, or restoration
  • Must be able to work in a respirator and full PPE for long periods
  • Must be able to be on call some nights and weekends
  • Must have reliable transportation to get to our office (work vehicles provided)
  • Must have working cell phone
  • Strong attention to detail and integrity
  • Comfortable with body fluids, bloody scenes, strong odors and extreme clutter
  • Ability to pass a background check, driving record and drug test
