Commercial Construction Project Manager - Construction - Base Salary to 120k/year - Kingston, PA

  • AllSearch Recruiting is partnering with a leading Commercial Construction organization in the Kingston, PA area and is searching for an experienced Commercial Construction Project Manager. The Commercial Construction Project Manager will be responsible for overall project administration, management, financial control, and field direction including safety and quality with full-service capabilities including preconstruction, construction management, design-build, general contracting focused on Commercial, Healthcare and Educational projects.

Responsibilities:

  • Running multiple multi-million dollar construction contracts ($500k-$20M) to ensure timely and successful completion
  • Ensuring projects are completed within the predetermined budget through use of refined cost management skills
  • Preparing, developing, and managing the project schedule throughout the duration of the project
  • Conducting Owner, Project Manager, & Coordination meetings throughout the project and issuing all corresponding minutes
  • Understanding trade contractor scope and contracts and identifying opportunities and risks
  • Communicating with clients, field crews, architects, local officials and management
  • Reporting to company management as well as clients on project progress
  • Ensuring the project quality control plan is in effect and followed
  • Analyzing projects and establishing creative solutions to any issues that may arise
  • Working as part of a cross-functional team to create and present presentations to clients and prospective clients
  • Traveling to client sites for meetings and/or company events
  • Completing all project tasks with pride of ownership
  • Must be able to commute to project sides with some out of state travel

Qualifications:

  • 5+ years of related Commercial Construction experience, required
  • Bachelor’s Degree in Engineering or Construction Management is preferred
  • Proficient understanding of each phase of the construction process including architectural design and blueprint reading
  • Firm understanding of project delivery
  • Working knowledge of OSHA regulations as well as building and safety codes
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, Premier, and P6 software
  • Experience with Building Information Modeling (BIM) a plus

Compensation:

  • Base salary in the 100k - 120k/year range
