  • 1st Shift: Monday–Friday, 5:00 AM – 3:30 PM ($18.00/hour)
  • 2nd Shift: Monday–Friday, 3:00 PM – 1:30 AM ($18.00/hour)

Job Purpose of the Machine Operator / Cooks / Mixer Operators
The Cook Room Operator is responsible for overseeing the cook room operations under the direction of the Production Supervisor. This role requires strict adherence to all safety, food safety, and quality standards while following proper start-up and shutdown procedures. The operator will work with automated systems and perform physically demanding tasks to ensure the integrity of our products is maintained throughout the production process.

Key Responsibilities of the Machine Operator / Cooks / Mixer Operators

  • Monitor quality documentation for compliance with product specifications.
  • Post and maintain visual standards in the work area.
  • Monitor and adjust product weight in accordance with Net Content Procedures.
  • Maintain a clean and organized equipment and processing area.
  • Adhere to all company safety policies, procedures, and food safety protocols.
  • Follow GMPs (Good Manufacturing Practices) and general food safety requirements.
  • Comply with Food Defense Procedures.
  • Participate in continuous process improvement initiatives.
  • Attend team meetings, huddles, and escalation sessions as needed.
  • Perform other related duties as assigned.
  • Manage bean soaking, loading, and cooking processes throughout the shift.
  • Accurately complete all necessary production documentation, including end-of-shift reports.
  • Collaborate effectively with team members and escalate issues in a timely manner.
