Reporting to the Maintenance & Reliability Manager, you'll be the driving force behind innovative control systems, overseeing the design, programming, and optimization of advanced technologies across our site. Role Key Responsibilities:

  • Design and optimize PLC logic to enhance processes, ensuring systems comply with operational and safety standards.
  • Interpret electrical schematics and control diagrams to inform system design and integration.
  • Utilize advanced diagnostic tools and data analysis to resolve complex control system issues.
  • Troubleshoot and analyze critical control issues across multiple manufacturing systems.
  • Define process and control specifications, aligning project requirements with operational objectives.
  • Lead root cause investigations for persistent problems and implement permanent solutions.
  • Provide technical leadership for site-wide control and automation projects, and support downtime events requiring advanced controls expertise.

Role Key Requirements:

  • Bachelor’s (B.S.) degree in Electronics Technology, Automation, Mechatronics, or related field (or a combination of education and experience).
  • 5+ years of experience as a manufacturing or system integrator having worked with the following systems: Wonderware System Platform & Rockwell Suite of Software: Studio 5000 / RS Logix 5000, Factory Talk
  • 5 + years of experience designing, programming, and troubleshooting PLCs, preferably Allen-Bradley systems.
