Job Description Job Title: Medical Technologist (MT) Location: Nashville, TN Employment Type: Full-Time | Permanent Introduction: We are looking for a dedicated and skilled Medical Laboratory Technician (MLT) to join our growing team. This role offers the opportunity to perform high-quality laboratory testing and support patient care within a professional and collaborative environment. Competitive compensation Generous Paid Time Off (PTO) Sick Time Off (STO) Paid Holidays Health Benefit Job Responsibilities: Perform, analyze, and verify laboratory tests under supervision across multiple disciplines Operate, calibrate, and troubleshoot lab instruments to ensure accuracy Review and validate test results with strong attention to detail Maintain compliance with CLIA, CAP, OSHA, and internal quality standards Accurately document procedures and results for regulatory and quality purposes Collect, process, and prepare specimens according to protocols Collaborate with lab staff, clinicians, and healthcare teams for timely patient care Use Laboratory Information Systems (LIS) and Electronic Medical Records (EMR) efficiently Participate in ongoing training, competency evaluations, and continuing education Qualifications: Bachelor's degree in Medical Technology, Clinical Laboratory Science, or related field. National certification (ASCP, AMT, or equivalent) preferred. Prior experience in a clinical laboratory setting preferred.
