• Set up and operate multi axis CNC Swiss screw machines to manufacture parts to drawing requirements• Maintain continuous machine operation by running two to three machines throughout the shift• Inspect finished components using precision measuring instruments to ensure quality standards are met• Identify worn or damaged tooling and make minor programme edits and offset adjustments as required• Follow dispatch priorities, safety procedures, and routine maintenance schedules to support production goals

**As the CNC Swiss Machinist you will bring

• Proven experience operating CNC Swiss machines within a precision engineering environment• Ability to read and interpret engineering drawings and technical instructions in English• Strong attention to detail with the ability to recognise machining defects and surface finish issues• Good manual dexterity with effective hand and eye coordination• A self motivated approach with the ability to work independently while maintaining high quality standards
