Contract CNA - Aspire Senior Living Pleasant Hill

Work Schedule:

  • 8-hour shifts +Rotating Weekends

  • Full-Time Evening

Pay: $25/hour

We are seeking a compassionate and dedicated Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA) to join our team at Aspire Senior Living Pleasant Hill for an 8-week local contract. As a valued member of our community, Contract CNA will have the opportunity to provide exceptional care to our residents while working alongside a team-oriented and supportive environment.


As a Contract CNA, you will be responsible for assisting residents with activities of daily living, providing emotional and social support, and maintaining a safe and clean environment. Our community is committed to enhancing the lives of everyone we touch, and we are look for a caring and dependable individual like you to help us achieve this mission.

Responsibilities:

  • Assist residents with activities of daily living (ADLs) such as bathing, grooming, dressing, and toileting

  • Help residents with mobility and transfers using proper techniques

  • Observe and report changes in residents’ condition to nursing staff

  • Support residents’ emotional and social needs through meaningful interaction

  • Maintain cleanliness and safety of resident rooms and common areas

  • Follow care plans and facility protocols to ensure quality care

Requirements:

  • Active Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA) certification in Missouri

  • Prior experience in long-term care preferred

  • Strong communication and teamwork skills

  • Compassionate, patient-centered approach
