Responsibilities
The purpose of the Senior Enterprise Risk Management (ERM) Analyst position is to support the operation and advancement of the Enterprise Risk Management Program by facilitating enterprise awareness and training of risk-based concepts, policies, and practices. This role will serve as the administrator for the supplier risk management program for all CU suppliers to ensure supplier risks are regularly assessed and meet the organization's risk tolerance threshold, administration of corporate insurance elements, and compilation and submission of budgets. This role does require a significant degree of complex thinking and problem-solving skills and the ability to complete tasks with limited supervision.
The Senior Enterprise Risk Management (ERM) Analyst is primarily responsible for the execution of assigned tasks in all aspects of the Enterprise Risk Management Program that are designed to provide a broad range of risk analysis, reporting, and support to multiple stakeholders to provide for effective identification, measurement, monitoring, and mitigation of identified risks. This role assesses enterprise and business exposures through the identification of key and emerging risks and evaluates alignment with risk strategy and appetite to protect from material loss and impact caused by fraud, security breach, reputation damage, information disclosure, contract risk, strategic risk, or regulatory violations. The Senior ERM Analyst serves as an administrator for the corporate insurance to include submission and handling of claims, administrator of the supplier management program to include facilitation of meetings with business units, facilitates ERM assessment workshops, partners with and trains key stakeholders, and serves as a key contributor on projects that may impact the enterprise or a core operating area. In addition, this role not only reviews and monitors data input into the Governance, Risk, and Compliance (GRC) system for reasonableness and accuracy, but also serves as the GRC administrator and helps troubleshoot end-user issues.

This figure serves as the entry point in our salary range, and there is potential for the actual salary to be higher based on a variety of factors, such as your experience, skills, education, and location. The minimum salary for this position is:
$70,000.00+/yr
