Custodians:

Vocational-level Custodian accountable for cleaning office areas or resident areas. Works under general direction and follows set instructions and directions. Works as part of a cleaning crew. Operates a variety of power cleaning equipment.

Duties and Responsibilities:

  • Sweeping, mopping and vacuuming floors.
  • Waxing furniture and cleaning fixtures.
  • Disposing of trash and emptying trash receptacles.
  • Performing minor repairs.
  • Keeping buildings free from indoor pests.
