Job Description
We're looking for a Senior DevSecOps Engineer who thrives at the intersection of software development, DevOps, and security engineering. This is not a traditional infrastructure-focused DevOps role. Instead, you'll serve as an enterprise-wide engineering enablement resource, helping development teams build, deploy, and maintain software more efficiently while ensuring secure, compliant delivery practices.
You'll work closely with senior software developers, architects, infrastructure, and security teams to build reusable platforms, automation, and "golden path" frameworks that simplify development, reduce technical debt, and accelerate software delivery.
If you're passionate about improving developer productivity through automation, platform engineering, and secure CI/CD practices, we'd love to talk with you.

Responsibilities:
  • Design, build, and continuously improve secure CI/CD pipelines and deployment automation
  • Create reusable "golden path" frameworks that simplify software development and deployment across engineering teams
  • Partner with senior software developers to improve developer workflows, reduce friction, and accelerate delivery
  • Read, understand, and improve application code to identify opportunities for automation, standardization, and maintainability
  • Integrate DevSecOps practices including automated vulnerability scanning, dependency management, secrets management, and security policy enforcement
  • Build automated approval workflows, security gates, and governance controls into deployment pipelines
  • Support cloud migration and modernization initiatives across Azure and AWS environments
  • Develop reusable automation, templates, and tooling that can be leveraged across multiple development teams
  • Improve platform reliability, scalability, and operational efficiency through Infrastructure as Code and automation
  • Reduce technical debt through improved software versioning, dependency management, and engineering standards
  • Evaluate and implement new DevOps, security, and platform engineering technologies that improve the developer experience
Qualifications and Requirements:
Required
  • Bachelor's degree
  • 5+ years of experience in DevOps, DevSecOps, Platform Engineering, or Software Engineering
  • Strong software development background with the ability to read, understand, and discuss application code
  • Hands-on experience designing and implementing CI/CD pipelines
  • Experience integrating security automation into deployment pipelines
  • Experience building automation frameworks that improve software delivery
  • Strong understanding of modern software development lifecycles and Agile methodologies
  • Experience collaborating directly with software developers to improve engineering processes
  • Excellent communication, troubleshooting, and analytical skills
Preferred
  • Azure DevOps experience
  • AWS experience (highly transferable and welcomed)
  • C#/.NET development experience
  • Platform Engineering or Developer Experience (DevEx) background
  • Experience building Internal Developer Platforms (IDP)
  • Infrastructure as Code using Terraform, Bicep, ARM, or CloudFormation
  • Kubernetes, Docker, and cloud-native technologies
  • Experience implementing DevSecOps practices, including security automation, vulnerability management, secrets management, and governance within CI/CD pipelines
  • Experience working in highly automated cloud or startup environments
Work Authorization & Employment Status Requirement
Applicants must be legally authorized to work in the United States. We are not able to sponsor or assume responsibility for employment visas, including but not limited to H-1B, now or in the future. We also cannot accept C2C (Corp-to-Corp) or third-party candidates.

Benefits and Perks:
  • Medical, Dental, and Life insurance benefits.
  • Eligible for a 401(k) plan.
  • Weekly Pay with direct deposit.
  • Join a supportive workplace community that values you as a team member with recognition, activities, and more.
