Job Description:

We Are Seeking an experienced Developer to design, develop, maintain, and support enterprise software applications, reporting solutions, and database-driven systems. This role is responsible for analyzing business requirements, developing custom applications, creating reports and forms, maintaining existing software solutions, and delivering scalable, high-quality applications that support business operations. The ideal candidate will have strong expertise in SQL Server development, Crystal Reports, .NET technologies, C#, Power Platform, and application lifecycle management, along with excellent analytical, troubleshooting, and communication skills.

Responsibilities:

·         Analyze business requirements and assist in developing functional and technical application specifications.

·         Design, develop, maintain, and enhance enterprise applications using .NET, C#, and related technologies.

·         Design, build, and maintain Crystal Reports, forms, widgets, Power Apps, and .NET applications and services.

·         Develop, optimize, and maintain SQL queries, stored procedures, functions, views, triggers, and other database objects within Microsoft SQL Server.

·         Create and maintain reports, dashboards, and forms that support operational and business reporting needs.

·         Analyze customer business needs, identify system improvements, and recommend effective software solutions.

·         Serve as the technical subject matter expert for assigned applications and business areas.

·         Maintain, support, troubleshoot, and upgrade existing software applications and enterprise systems.

·         Develop, test, debug, document, and deploy software solutions that meet business and technical requirements.

·         Participate in application design, coding, implementation, testing, and production support activities.

·         Utilize source control and DevOps tools to manage code versioning, deployments, and application lifecycle processes.

·         Collaborate with business users, project teams, and technical staff to ensure successful project delivery.

·         Ensure applications follow organizational coding standards, security requirements, and development best practices.

·         Work effectively in both leadership and collaborative team roles depending on project requirements.

·         Produce and maintain technical documentation for applications, reports, database objects, and system enhancements.

Required Skills:

·         Bachelor's degree in Information Systems, Computer Science, or a related field, or equivalent professional experience.

·         5+ years of application development experience.

·         Strong experience developing with Microsoft SQL Server, including:

·         Functions (UDFs)

·         Views

·         Table structures

·         Relational database design (RDBMS)

·         5+ years of experience developing applications using the .NET Framework and C#.NET.

·         Strong knowledge of Crystal Reports development and maintenance.

·         Experience developing programs, reports, and forms using enterprise development tools.

·         Experience with code versioning and DevOps tools.

·         Experience developing and supporting Power Apps, Power BI Services, and Power Automate solutions.

·         Strong analytical skills with the ability to evaluate business requirements and recommend effective technical solutions.

·         Experience maintaining, supporting, troubleshooting, and enhancing enterprise software applications.

·         Excellent problem-solving, organizational, and communication skills.

·         Ability to work independently and collaboratively within cross-functional development teams.

Preferred Qualifications

·         Experience with Microsoft Power Platform technologies, including Power Apps, Power BI, and Power Automate.

·         Knowledge of hospital Electronic Health Record (EHR) workflows, including:

·         Electronic Medication Administration Records (eMAR)

·         Order Entry

·         Medication Dispensing

·         Clinical Assessments

·         Admission, Discharge, and Transfer (ADT) processes

·         Experience supporting healthcare applications such as MyAvatar, RxConnect, and Dentrix.

·         Experience serving as a technical subject matter expert for enterprise business applications.
