  • Support surveying and layout tasks, including verification checks, control point management, and as-built data collection
  • Compile and verify daily labor timesheets, production logs, and operational reports
  • Participate in safety reviews, toolbox talks, and mine-site safety meetings
  • Coordinate and schedule materials, consumables, and equipment to meet operational timelines
  • Assist with organizing crews, equipment assignments, and work-area logistics
  • Provide oversight and coordination support to field operations and contractor activities
  • Perform basic engineering calculations and assist with technical documentation and drafting

Qualifications:
  • 4+ years of experience in field engineering, project coordination, or a similar role within mining
  • Proven track record supporting multi-phase mining or resource-sector projects

  • Strong communication skills with the ability to lead coordination efforts and confidently engage with stakeholders
  • Solid understanding of project processes including setup, documentation control, RFIs, change management, and closeout
  • Demonstrated leadership, problem-solving abilities, and a proactive approach to field coordination
  • Strong organizational skills with exceptional attention to detail
  • Willingness to travel and remain on-site for the duration of each mining project

Working Conditions:
  • Site-based position
  • Able to meet the physical requirements of working in an operating mine, including sitting, standing, bending, climbing, lifting (up to 75 pounds), and working in all weather conditions
  • Ability to work a non-traditional schedule that may include nights and weekends
