Job description

We are seeking a talented and experienced Metallurgical Engineer to join our team with proven expertise in copper tube casting operations. This is a hands-on technical role focused on optimizing melting, casting processes, and product quality for high-performance copper tubing


Required experience & education

  • Bachelors degree in Metallurgical Engineering or similar, Materials Science/Engineering, Mining Science, Chemical Engineering, etc
  • Experience supervising and optimizing induction melting, refining, and degassing processes for copper
  • Experience managing continuous casting process control, including melt temperature, mold design, cooling systems, and pull speed parameters
  • Experience performing defect analysis (segregation, porosity, cracking, etc.) and implement effective corrective actions to improve yield and product quality
  • Experience conducting comprehensive material testing and characterization, including: Metallography, Spectrographic analysis, Electrical conductivity testing, Mechanical property evaluation
