About the Ro

leAs an Electrical Test Support Engineer you will play a critical role in maintaining the quality and long-term operation of our core hardware platform. In this role you will design and implement test fixtures, conduct component-level failure analysis on returned hardware, generate detailed FA documentation, and analyze RMA trends to drive measurable improvements in field reliability. You will report into Senior Manager, Hardware Engineering and work closely with Key Stakeholders] We're looking for a recent college graduate with hands-on experience in hardware testing, manufacturing test engineering, or failure analysis — someone who can systematically isolate root causes using oscilloscopes, multimeters, and protocol analyzers, is comfortable in Linux environments with shell scripting for automated diagnostics, and communicates findings clearly through structured reports to cross-functional teams and vendor
