A propos du role:

Ce poste est axe sur la validation des systemes electriques, le support a la production et l'amelioration des produits. Il s'adresse a un(e) ingenieur(e) possedant de solides connaissances en systemes electriques et electroniques, de l'experience en validation et gestion des exigences, ainsi que la capacite de mener des essais, diagnostics et actions correctives.

Responsabilites:

  • Assurer le support technique a la production (diagnostic, resolution de problemes, amelioration continue)

  • Realiser des analyses de defaillance et piloter les actions correctives

  • Rediger et structurer des plans de validation (test) de developpement

  • Definir les exigences techniques (TRD) pour les futurs projets

  • Mettre en place et maintenir les plans de test ainsi que les exigences lie au cycle de developpement de produit

  • Assurer la tracabilite des exigences et de la validation a travers les projets

  • Participer a la validation des systemes electriques (bancs, prototypes, terrain)

  • Collaborer etroitement avec les equipes multidisciplinaires (R&D, qualite, manufacturier, fournisseurs)

  • Contribuer a l'amelioration et a la robustesse des produits existants

Qualifications:

  • Langages de programmation et logiciels demandes: Connaissance INCA, BUDS, Polarion ou equivalent
  • Experience: 2-5 ans
  • Solide comprehension des systemes electriques et electroniques
  • Experience en environnement manufacturier, validation ou support produit
  • Avoir de l'experience avec des outils de type ALM pour la gestion de requis d'ingenierie
  • Comprendre le processus de developpement de produit
  • Bonne organisation et rigueur dans son travail
  • Avoir un bon esprit d'analyse et de resolution de problemes
  • Bonnes habiletes dans les relations interpersonnelles et etre capable d'interagir avec differents intervenants
  • Membre de l'OIQ
  • Langues de communication : niveau avance (oral/ecrit) en francais ou en anglais

  • Location: Valcourt, Quebec
  • Work arrangement: On-site
  • Salary range: CAD $75,000 to $95,000. The applicable salary will be determined based on various criteria, including the candidate's skills, experience, and qualifications.

About the Role:

This role focuses on electrical systems validation, production support, and product improvement. It is ideal for an engineer with strong electrical and electronic knowledge, experience in validation and requirements management, and the ability to lead testing, troubleshooting, and corrective actions.

Responsibilities:

  • Provide technical support to production (diagnostics, problem solving, continuous improvement)

  • Perform failure analyses and lead corrective actions

  • Write and structure development validation/test plans

  • Define technical requirements (TRD) for future projects

  • Implement and maintain test plans as well as requirements related to the product development cycle

  • Ensure requirements and validation traceability throughout projects

  • Participate in the validation of electrical systems (test benches, prototypes, field)

  • Work closely with multidisciplinary teams (R&D, quality, manufacturing, suppliers)

  • Contribute to the improvement and robustness of existing products

Qualifications:

  • Required programming languages and software: Knowledge of INCA, BUDS, Polarion, or equivalent
  • Experience: 2-5 years
  • Strong understanding of electrical and electronic systems

  • Experience in a manufacturing, validation, or product support environment

  • Experience with ALM-type tools for managing engineering requirements

  • Understanding of the product development process

  • Good organization and rigor in work

  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills

  • Good interpersonal skills and ability to interact with different stakeholders

  • Member of the OIQ

  • Communication languages: advanced level, oral and written, in French or English
