About Buttermilk

We celebrate individuality, move with intent, and support ambitious growth without compromising wellbeing.

  • Be ambitious, pursue it healthily
Role Overview
The Creator Executive plays a key role in the day-to-day delivery of Buttermilk's creator campaigns, working with micro-influencers and brand fans across clients. You'll manage creator relationships from discovery to campaign completion - including outreach, onboarding, content approvals, logistics, and performance tracking.
This role requires excellent organisational skills, strong influencer marketing knowledge, and the ability to collaborate effectively with both creators and internal teams to ensure campaigns run smoothly, on time, and to the highest standard.

  • Review and approve creator content, ensuring brand and client guidelines are met.
  • Negotiate and contract micro-influencers, ensuring budget efficiency.
  • Manage logistics for product send-outs and other campaign materials.
  • Track and update campaign data, monitoring KPIs and progress.
  • Collaborate with internal teams to optimise campaign performance.
  • Stay informed on industry trends, ASA guidelines, and platform updates.
Core Competencies
Influencer Discovery & Outreach
Quality of influencer discovery and alignment to brand and strategy
Timeliness of discovery (i.e. quick)
Quality of outreach communications and strong influencer sign-up rate for campaigns (Brand Fans and micro influencers)
Quality Control & Monitoring
Review influencer content and pull together creator/ sample lists, ensuring they meet client standards for quality, accuracy, and campaign goals.
Monitor creator performance, ensuring content is performing inline (or exceeding) campaign expectations. Considers any learnings for future campaigns to improve performance.
Negotiations & Contracting
Lead negotiations with nano and micro influencers, ensuring cost-effective deals without compromising quality.
Lead contracting with nano and micro influencers, working on redlines (with oversight from Senior Creator Executive/ Creator Manager).
Campaign Management & Reporting
Accurately input data into the campaign dashboard and monitor progress against set KPIs.
Ensure data is up to date and campaign performance is on track, escalating to Senior Creator Executive or Campaign lead if necessary.
Talent Relationship Building
Build and maintain proactive relationships with talent managers and/ or creators to secure strong creators for campaigns.
Provide support in logistics and fulfilment, ensuring product send-outs and campaign materials are delivered on time.
Success Metrics
  • Consistent achievement of weekly discovery, sign-up, and campaign launch targets.
  • Strong performance against rate benchmarks, including sign-up and earned content rates.
  • Cost-efficiency through effective negotiation with creators.
  • Timely, high-standard delivery of all campaign components.
  • Accurate and up-to-date campaign data.
  • Positive team feedback on collaboration and delivery.
Required Experience & Skills
  • 1+ years of project and creator management experience, ideally in an agency setting.
