Be Part Of A High-Performing Team

This opportunity sits within a fast-moving Agile delivery team supporting large-scale enterprise systems across commercial, customer, and product supply functions. The team focuses on building and modernizing internal applications that support data integrations, reporting, and operational workflows. Work is highly collaborative, delivery-driven, and centered on solving real business problems through clean, scalable engineering practices.

This role supports a portfolio of integration-heavy applications with active development milestones through year-end and continued roadmap work beyond.

What’s In Store For You

  • Hybrid work model with required on-site collaboration
  • Opportunity to work on applications built from the ground up
  • Exposure to modern Microsoft technologies including Blazor, .NET, Azure, and SQL Server
  • High-impact role with visibility across business and IT stakeholders
  • Contract engagement with potential extension based on project needs

How You Will Make an Impact

  • Design, develop, and maintain ETL workflows using SQL Server and SSIS as the primary focus of the role
  • Build and support backend services using C#, .NET Core, and RESTful APIs
  • Support and enhance applications built with Blazor (and limited Angular exposure)
  • Collaborate with business users to understand requirements and challenge assumptions to deliver scalable solutions
  • Participate in Agile ceremonies and contribute to sprint planning and delivery
  • Troubleshoot, optimize, and improve existing data pipelines and application performance
  • Create and maintain technical documentation for audit, support, and knowledge transfer
  • Contribute ideas and technical direction as a senior voice on the team

Are you an experienced Senior .NET and Data Integration Developer ready to make an impact?

  • 5–7+ years of professional development experience in enterprise environments
  • Strong hands-on SQL experience, including complex queries, stored procedures, and performance tuning
  • Daily, hands-on SSIS ETL development experience (this is a core requirement)
  • Proven backend development experience using C# and .NET Core
  • Experience building or supporting RESTful APIs
  • Working knowledge of Blazor; experience building applications from the ground up is a strong plus
  • Exposure to Azure (App Services, DevOps, Functions, or related services)
  • Experience working in Agile/Scrum teams
  • Strong communication skills with the ability to work directly with business stakeholders
  • Ability to work on-site in Charlotte, NC, 2–3 days per week (aligned to team schedule)
  • Authorized to work in the U.S. on a W2 basis only
