Familiarity with surgical instruments, donor management systems, and electronic medical records is typically required. What is a Contract Birth Tissue Recovery specialist?

A Contract Birth Tissue Recovery specialist is a trained professional who is responsible for collecting birth tissues, such as placenta and umbilical cord, from consenting donors after childbirth, usually in a hospital setting.
