Job description

Step into a rewarding role supporting students across elementary and middle school settings as a Board Certified Behavior Analyst during a maternity leave assignment. This full-time contract is an excellent opportunity to impact students’ success and collaborate with dedicated educational teams in a vibrant Massachusetts community.

You'll provide vital behavioral support, develop individualized interventions, and foster inclusive learning environments on site throughout the duration of the coverage—approximately September 2026 through January 2027. Your work will be split between elementary and middle school grade levels, helping students, families, and staff achieve meaningful outcomes.

Desired Qualifications:

  • Active BCBA certification required
  • Experience working within school settings, preferably with elementary and/or middle school students
  • Strong background in Applied Behavior Analysis (ABA) practices and interventions
  • Excellent communication, problem-solving, and collaboration skills
  • Ability to adapt support strategies for diverse learners and environments
  • Comfortable working onsite and adaptable to travel between designated school locations as needed

Key Responsibilities:
