Job description

Job Description
  • Must follow all Company policies regarding safety, quality and attendance.
  • Able to performs job duties in a safe manner and report all observed safety hazards to the Section Operator.
  • Must ensures a quality product through regular quality checks by reading and verifying line orders and spec sheets.
  • Reports any out of spec products as needed to ensure a quality product is been produced. .
  • Properly packages finished goods to include correct use of labels, chips, sleeves, twist ties, pallet patterns and code stamps.
  • Responsible for verifying and executing pallet patterns.
  • Maintains clean work area; meet plant and department housekeeping standards. May be assigned additional housekeeping responsibilities throughout the plant as needed.
  • May be assigned to multiple winders, bag machines, etc., based on bag count and line speed, as deemed necessary by management.
  • Must be able to constantly bend, stoop, and climb to perform regular duties of the job.
  • Able to operate multiple production lines as needed.
  • Responsible for making boxes and packaging bags.
