To thrive as a Contract Backend Python Developer, you need strong proficiency in Python, experience designing and building APIs, and a solid understanding of databases and server-side architecture. Familiarity with frameworks like Django or Flask, version control systems like Git, and experience working with cloud platforms (such as AWS or Azure) are typically required.
