Job description


The Director, Network, Cloud & Compute plays a strategic role within Rheem's Digital Enterprise organization, overseeing the development and management of network, cloud, and compute infrastructure products and ensuring their alignment with Rheem's business objectives. This individual analyzes technology trends and internal customer needs to inform product strategy for Rheem's infrastructure services. They are responsible for product lifecycle management, stakeholder communication, and performance monitoring across Rheem's network and cloud environments. The product owner collaborates with cross-functional teams including engineering, IT operations, security, and business units to deliver reliable, scalable, and cost-effective infrastructure services that support Rheem's manufacturing, commercial, and enterprise operations.
This position will serve Rheem North America, located in Atlanta, GA and report to the Director of IT Infrastructure. This role follows our hybrid work arrangement, with team members working in the office Monday through Thursday and remotely on Fridays.
Responsibilities
Product Ownership & Strategy:
  • Define and communicate the product vision for Rheem's network, cloud, and compute services.
  • Manage the product backlog and prioritize features and improvements based on business value and technical requirements.

Infrastructure Lifecycle Management:
  • Oversee the product lifecycle from inception through retirement for infrastructure services.
  • Monitor performance, availability, and cost-effectiveness; drive continuous improvement.

Stakeholder Engagement & Communication:
  • Collaborate with engineering, IT operations, security, and business teams to gather requirements and align on priorities.
  • Communicate product roadmap, status, and performance to stakeholders and leadership.

Technology & Market Analysis:
  • Analyze trends in cloud computing, network infrastructure, and compute technologies.
  • Evaluate and recommend new technologies and platforms to enhance Rheem's infrastructure capabilities.

Agile Delivery & Collaboration:
  • Coordinate with development and operations teams on sprint planning and delivery.
  • Apply agile methodologies to manage infrastructure product development and enhancements.

Qualifications
WHAT YOU NEED
  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Network Engineering, or related field.
  • 10+ years of experience in infrastructure product management, cloud computing, or network engineering.
  • 5+ years' experience in a leadership role
  • Experience in team management and coaching/developing employee performance.
  • Strong knowledge of cloud computing (Azure, AWS, GCP), network infrastructure, and compute technologies.
  • Experience with agile methodologies and product lifecycle management.
  • Strong stakeholder engagement, communication, and collaboration skills.
  • Familiarity with enterprise IT environments and infrastructure service delivery.

HOW TO STAND OUT
  • Cloud certifications (e.g., AWS Solutions Architect, Azure Administrator, GCP Professional).
  • Experience in manufacturing, industrial products, or related enterprise IT infrastructure environments.
