A-V Services Inc., a leading AV company with multiple fortune 100 contracts within the financial, pharmaceutical and computing industry, is seeking a Audio/Visual Support Specialist. Must have great customer service with emphasis supporting the corporate work sector. Additionally, comprehensive audio video skills. The ideal candidate would have a bachelor's degree in a technology related field and/or minimum 7 years of previous employment with AV support responsibilities in the AV industry.

Our corporation is looking for an individual who possesses a full understanding of all areas of the A/V field including but not limited to: Execute pre-production planning, logistics, verbal & written communication with various teams in the corporation Manage event production timelines to ensure a timely schedule leading up to date of event Organizing and managing events for meetings. Creating and running all C-suite level events, both virtual and hybrid.

Highly organized, detail-oriented, articulate, professional and the ability to work independently Knowledge & understanding operation of audio, video production & lighting equipment Experience with different streaming platforms using Mac & Windows Experience running live virtual events, mainly utilizing Microsoft Teams and Cisco Webex. Setup, operate and troubleshoot various audio/video systems. Facilitates the repair or replacement applicable hardware.

Access to software updates and upgrades for hardware covered by manufacturer program. Use of online incident reporting tool for easy ticket awareness and annual business reviews. Perform preventative maintenance tasks to help maintain customer spaces including but not limited to: Testing/repairing various hardware components. Clean various AV equipment including but not limited to camera lenses, monitors and equipment fans.

Responsible for job site documentation as needed Perform support tasks in a timely and quality conscious manner including but not limited to: Ongoing end user instruction and training Meeting setup Meeting support (i.e., AV systems management / operation) Setup, operate and troubleshoot various audio/video systems. Facilitates the repair or replacement applicable hardware. Access to software updates and upgrades for hardware covered by manufacturer program.

Other: Excellent communication skills: ability to work and communicate with Executive Level clients Ability to work independently on complex matters and to exercise sound discretion and judgment when performing job duties Ability to work with a variety of diverse groups and teams Preferred Skills Desired: Industry AV Certifications Knowledge of Crestron control a plus Bachelor's degree or equivalent to 7+ years' experience within the A/V event industry.
