Tiny Hero is looking for an A/V Producer who can drive a campaign — not just manage one.

You’ll partner closely with Creative Directors on theatrical trailers, streaming campaigns, TV spots, creative content, social, and everything in between. This role sits at the center of the process — shaping creative strategy, guiding execution, and ensuring the work delivers at the highest level from kickoff to final export.

What You’ll Do
  • Help develop and articulate campaign strategy across AV, broadcast, and digital
  • Oversee projects from creation through finishing and delivery
  • Collaborate daily with Editorial, Motion Graphics, Operations, and Finishing
  • Present ideas clearly and translate feedback into actionable direction
  • Monitor timelines, flag roadblocks early, and keep multiple projects moving
  • QC all deliverables before they go out the door
  • Screen features, review scripts/dailies, and contribute to copy and ideation
What You Bring
  • 4+ years producing high-level entertainment marketing campaigns ideally at an Agency.
  • Strong creative instincts and sharp editorial judgment
  • Clear, confident communication skills in fast-paced environments
  • Detail-obsessed organization with the ability to manage competing deadlines
  • A genuine passion for film, TV, and visual storytelling
  • Comfort working in Google Workspace, Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint); and FileMaker a plus
  • 401(k) + Company Match
  • Life Insurance
  • Paid Time Off

This is a full-time role for someone who thrives with collaboration, moves quickly, and cares deeply about the quality of the work and the team that works hard to create it. Must be able to commute to the office in Burbank, CA.

We’re always on the lookout for new talent to join our Tiny Team.
