About the Role:
Join SERVPRO as a Mitigation Crew Chief, where you'll lead a team in restoring properties affected by water, fire, and mold damage. Be part of a dedicated team that provides exceptional service and support to our community in Florence-Darlington, SC.
Responsibilities:
  • Lead and supervise mitigation teams on-site during restoration projects.
  • Assess damage and develop effective mitigation plans for restoration.
  • Ensure compliance with industry standards and safety regulations.
  • Communicate with clients and insurance representatives to provide updates.
  • Train and mentor crew members in restoration techniques and safety practices.
  • Document job progress and maintain accurate records of equipment and supplies.
  • Manage equipment inventory and ensure proper maintenance.
  • Respond to emergency calls and coordinate immediate response efforts.
Requirements:
  • High school diploma or equivalent; further education in restoration is a plus.
  • IICRC certifications in Water Damage Restoration and Applied Structural Drying preferred.
  • Strong leadership skills and ability to manage a team effectively.
  • Excellent communication and customer service skills.
  • Ability to work in high-pressure situations and adapt to changing environments.
  • Valid driver's license with a clean driving record.
