Apple / JAMF Pro Administrator – City Government – $70/hr W2 – Phoenix Onsite – 10-Month Contract

SunSoftOnline is hiring a Cloud Apple JAMF Administrator for a city government IT department in downtown Phoenix.

100% ONSITE at 149 N 4th Ave, Phoenix 85003. You must currently live in the Phoenix metro area with your city on your resume, and be available for an in-person interview in Phoenix within one week of the close. W2 only, no C2C, no sponsorship.

The work: administering and supporting Apple devices in a cloud-managed enterprise environment using JAMF Pro. Managing the full lifecycle of macOS and iOS devices including enrollment, configuration, deployment, security, compliance, patch management, and retirement. Integrating JAMF with Apple Business Manager, Microsoft Intune, and Entra ID to enable secure access and automated provisioning. Developing and maintaining configuration profiles, policies, applications, and automation scripts. Providing advanced troubleshooting and technical support while ensuring device security and compliance.

REQUIRED:

  • 3+ years of Apple device administration
  • JAMF Pro administration experience
  • Apple Business Manager (ABM) and Mobile Device Management (MDM)
  • Experience supporting macOS and iOS/iPadOS in enterprise settings
  • Experience in endpoint management or systems administration
  • Basic networking knowledge
  • Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or a related field, or equivalent experience

Also valuable: Microsoft 365 · SSO and Conditional Access · Bash, Shell, or Python scripting · endpoint security · patch management · device lifecycle management.
