Job Summary:
Synechron is a global consulting firm that focuses on delivering industry-leading digital solutions. They are seeking a highly skilled Front-End Lead to own the design, development, and delivery of a modern, responsive infrastructure console, collaborating closely with various teams to ensure a high-quality, scalable UI experience.
Responsibilities:
• Lead the architecture and development of a scalable, reusable component library and design system, including theming, tokens, and shared components.
• Design and implement persona-based UX patterns such as role-based navigation, progressive disclosure, and workflow-driven UI.
• Build and optimize responsive web applications using modern JavaScript/TypeScript best practices.
• Establish standards for UI performance optimization, accessibility compliance (WCAG), and best practices for operability.
• Drive front-end testing strategy, including unit/component tests, functional end-to-end tests, and CI/CD quality gates.
• Instrument UI telemetry to gather user journey insights, error monitoring, and client-side performance metrics.
• Collaborate with backend/BFF teams on API contracts and UI workflow enhancements.
• Guide, mentor, and review engineering teams to uphold front-end standards and improve team practices.
• Ensure secure UX patterns for privileged operations, including confirmations, approvals, and audit-friendly flows.
