BADGING SPECIALIST (4 openings) - Part-time

Day & Nigh shift


Position Overview

We are seeking dependable and detail-oriented Badging Specialists to support large-scale Mission Critical and Distribution Center construction projects in the Clearfield, UT area. This position is responsible for managing site access control, scanning badges, monitoring entry and exit points, and ensuring all personnel entering the project site are properly authorized and compliant with site security protocols.

Key Responsibilities

  • Scan and verify worker badges at designated site entry and exit points
  • Monitor and control access to active construction sites
  • Ensure all workers, visitors, vendors, and subcontractors have proper credentials and authorization
  • Maintain accurate logs of site personnel and visitor activity
  • Communicate professionally with contractors, security personnel, and project management teams
  • Report unauthorized access attempts or security concerns immediately
  • Assist with onboarding and badging procedures for new workers entering the project
  • Follow all project safety, security, and confidentiality requirements
  • Support shift coverage for both day and night operations as needed


Qualifications

  • Previous experience in badging, access control, security, construction administration, or customer service preferred
  • Experience working on construction sites, data centers, warehouses, or industrial facilities is a plus
  • Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
