Job Title: Operations Processor
Job Description
Our Client is seeking an Operations Processor (Orders) to accurately create, process, and maintain customer contracts, purchase orders, and sales orders in support of daily business operations. In this role, you ensure that all orders are processed efficiently and on time, documentation is complete and accurate, and communication with internal teams and customers is professional and responsive. You thrive in a fast-paced environment, manage multiple priorities with ease, and consistently deliver a high level of accuracy and customer service.
Responsibilities
  • Create, review, and issue customer contracts in accordance with established company procedures.
  • Accurately create and process Purchase Orders (POs) and Sales Orders (SOs) in the designated systems.
  • Review orders and contracts for completeness, accuracy, and compliance before processing.
  • Maintain organized digital and physical records of all contracts, purchase orders, and sales orders.
  • Process order revisions, updates, cancellations, and corrections as needed throughout the order lifecycle.
  • Ensure all assigned daily tasks are completed accurately and within established deadlines.
  • Communicate professionally with customers and internal departments via email, Microsoft Teams, and telephone.
  • Collaborate closely with Sales, Operations, Logistics, Accounting, and other departments to resolve order-related issues.
  • Identify discrepancies in orders or documentation, investigate root causes, and implement appropriate solutions while maintaining excellent customer service.
  • Maintain accurate documentation and system records at every stage of the order lifecycle.
  • Prioritize multiple assignments while consistently meeting productivity and accuracy expectations.
  • Perform additional operational or administrative duties as assigned to support the broader team and business needs.

Essential Skills
  • Minimum of 1 year of experience in receiving, warehouse operations, or logistics preferred.

This is a full-time, on-site role based in downtown Salt Lake City, Utah, working Monday through Friday from 8:00 a.m. to 5:00 p.m. You will join a small, collaborative team of approximately 5-10 people in a professional office environment that values accuracy, responsiveness, and teamwork. The role involves extensive use of computers and standard office software, including Microsoft Office, Outlook, Excel, and Microsoft Teams, as well as tools for data entry and 10-key typing. Our Client offers a comprehensive benefits package, including a 401(k) plan with a 4% match after six months of employment, eligibility for annual cost-of-living and/or merit bonuses after 12 months, and paid time off starting at 13 days per year and increasing by 40 hours after the third anniversary. Pay and Benefits
The pay range for this position is $20.00 - $22.00/hr.
Individual compensation offered for this position within this range will depend on many factors, including qualifications, skills, relevant experience, job knowledge, geographic location, internal equity, and other pertinent job-related factors.
