Job description

Title: Data Entry Clerk

Location: Radnor, PA | Fully Onsite

Pay: $19 - $21 / hour

Employment Type: Contract (4 - 6 Months)

The Data Entry Clerk supports the servicing and closing process by handling documentation, maintaining accurate records, and communicating with internal teams and external partners. This role requires strong attention to detail, organization, and a customer-focused mindset to ensure transactions move smoothly from start to finish.

Key Responsibilities

  • Provide administrative support throughout the escrow and closing lifecycle
  • Assist with opening, maintaining, and finalizing escrow files
  • Prepare and review closing-related documentation for completeness and accuracy
  • Enter and manage transaction data within internal systems
  • Communicate with lenders, insurance partners, title representatives, and clients to coordinate closing activities
  • Track contract requirements and lender instructions to ensure deadlines are met
  • Support proper handling and recording of escrow funds and disbursements
  • Maintain organized digital and physical files in accordance with documentation standards
  • Respond to client and stakeholder inquiries in a timely and professional manner
  • Assist with pre-closing and post-closing follow-up tasks

Qualifications

  • High school diploma or equivalent required; Associate’s or Bachelor’s degree preferred
  • Prior experience in escrow, mortgage servicing, or real estate transactions preferred
  • Working knowledge of insurance or lending terminology is a plus
