Job description

The Human Resources/Accounting/Administration intern will provide administrative, accounting, and HR support to office and contract staff, with a focus on assisting the Human Resources Manager, Senior Accountant, and the Operations Manager. Position requires local travel and attendance to various events in the Maryland, DC, Virginia area through out internship. Primarily work is done remotely.

ESSENTIAL RESPONSIBILITIES:
Administrative Support:
  • General clerical support
  • Files paper copies of documents.
  • Scan and electronically file documents.
  • Data Entry
  • Update excel spreadsheets
  • Faxing, organizing supplies and office environment
  • Other duties as assigned

Human Resources Support:
  • Data entry
  • Time tracking/calculations

Accounting Support:

EDUCATION/QUALIFICATIONS:
  • Two years of college education, preferably business major with 3.0 GPA
