Job description

The Contract Administrator will support assigned Supply Chain projects with a strong focus on contract data cleanup and amendment management. This role ensures adherence to client policies and procedures while providing operational and administrative support to maintain accurate contract records, vendor data, and pricing structures. The ideal candidate is detail-oriented, comfortable working in project mode, and experienced in managing large volumes of contract documentation and data.


  • Support a Master Cleanup Project by reviewing, validating, and updating contract records for accuracy and compliance.
  • Generate weekly reports (e.g., approved vendor lists) and daily reports (e.g., open purchase requisitions).
  • Support the Buyer with additional reporting, tracking, or record-keeping requirements, including maintaining hardcopy records when necessary.
  • Run and analyze internal reports on supplier/category contract spend and terms to support commercial decision-making.
  • Support post-award commercial management of Supply Chain contracts in alignment with internal policies and procedures.
  • Ensure all contract documents, amendments, and supporting materials are uploaded accurately with proper nomenclature and filing structure.
  • Provide current contract versions or approved legal forms to the Commercial Strategy Lead (or equivalent) as required.
  • Assist with data cleanup and standardization across systems and repositories to improve data quality and reporting.
  • Use DocuSign (or similar e-signature tools) to route, track, and finalize contract documents and amendments.
  • Utilize SAP on a light/working level for basic contract, vendor, or PO-related activities.
  • Work within Ariba (or similar eProcurement/contracting platform) for contract data cleanup, updates, and validations.
  • Assist with a Master Amendment Exhibit Project, including preparing, tracking, and managing amendment exhibits.
  • Review and support updates to internal procedure / “How-To” guides, validating steps and flagging gaps or inconsistencies.
  • Reference and account for previous contract items when updating or amending agreements to ensure continuity and accuracy.
  • Participate in other contract- or data-related projects as assigned.

  • Prior experience in contract administration within oil and gas supply chain, procurement, or commercial support role required.
  • Bachelor’s degree preferred. High School Diploma or GED equivalent required.
  • Strong attention to detail with demonstrated experience in data cleanup, data validation, or record management.
  • Comfortable working in a project-heavy environment, managing multiple tasks, deadlines, and priorities.
  • Experience with Ariba (or similar eProcurement/contract lifecycle platform) – especially for data cleanup and contract records.
  • Must be able to meet all conditional job offer requirements including background and drug test/hair follicle.
