Kaizen Approach is currently seeking a Multi-Media Specialist (Skill Level 2) to lead the planning, creation, and delivery of multimedia products that support communication and training initiatives within a secure government environment. In this role, you will produce and edit advanced multimedia content, including high-quality video, photography, and motion graphics, ensuring compliance with Sponsor standards and visual design best practices. You will collaborate with creative teams to integrate text, audio, and imagery into cohesive visual solutions for mission-driven communication. This position plays a key role in enhancing the Sponsor's messaging through innovative and impactful multimedia products. Requirements: * Must be able to plan, design, and produce multimedia materials, including photography, illustration, and motion-based content.
* Must have experience developing and integrating 2D and 3D graphics, animations, and interactive elements across multiple delivery formats.
* Must be capable of producing artwork, layouts, and designs for print, electronic media, and exhibit displays.
* Must have experience developing multimedia products that integrate text, graphics, video, and other media into cohesive deliverables.
* Must have experience creating and editing video and audio content using tools such as Adobe Premiere Pro, After Effects, and Apple Final Cut.
* Must have experience using software applications such as Photoshop, Illustrator, and InDesign (or equivalent) for digital content design.
* Must be able to recommend and implement multimedia solutions for the Sponsor's communication and marketing campaigns.
* Must have experience operating and maintaining multimedia production and post-production equipment.
* Must hold a high school diploma and a minimum of ten (10) years of cumulative experience in multimedia design and production, including at least two (2) years within the last five (5) using Adobe Premiere Pro and one (1) of the following: After Effects or Apple Final Cut.
* Active TS/SCI clearance with full-scope polygraph required.
