WHO WE ARE LOOKING FOR:
Franciscan Physician Network is seeking a full-time Diabetes and Endocrinology Nurse Practitioner or Physician Assistant to join our group at FPN Diabetes & Endocrinology Specialists Indianapolis on the south side of Indianapolis, Indiana. Interested candidate will be joining an established practice with a skilled provider team of physicians and advanced practice providers.
WHAT WE NEED:
Ideal candidate will have past or present endocrinology experience, strong focus on clinical excellence, and patient satisfaction. Candidate will display exceptional interpersonal skills and desire to develop strong ties with the community and existing medical staff. Provider will need to work collaboratively with physicians to coordinate and deliver the highest quality of patient care.
WHAT YOU CAN EXPECT:

  • Flexible schedule, typically 4 days a week
  • Schedule: Monday - Friday, 7:30 a.m. - 5:00 p.m.
  • No call expectation
  • Provide outpatient coverage only
  • Average outpatient volume: 16 - 18 patients per day
  • Extensive resources including onsite 4 Clinical Diabetes Educators
  • Potential outreach to surrounding locations
  • Common Diagnoses:
    • Type I Diabetes
    • Type II Diabetes
    • Insulin pumps
    • Continuous Glucose Monitoring
