Shift :

10am to 9.30PM

5 Days in a week

Weekends and Weekdays both

Hours Level - Canada : 35+


Responsibilities :


Maintains a clean supply of dishes, silverware, cooking utensils, and trays that comply with Food Safety Standards. - Washes dishes, glassware, and flatware in a properly maintained dish machine and washes and sanitizes pots, pans, and utensils by hand. - Cleans, operates and maintains equipment according to safety, health and sanitation laws and guidelines standards. - Maintains a clean restaurant by removing all used dishes, pots, pans, utensils, silverware, and trays to the dish room and returning them to the prep and serving areas once clean. - Follows food handling, health, safety, hygiene and sanitation regulations and guidelines. - Removes and empties trash following waste management and environmental policies. - Ensures proper use of chemicals for dishwashing equipment and cleaning. - Performs Dish Room opening and closing routines as assigned. - Provides visitors with a positive shopping/dining experience by ensuring guest convenience standards are met or exceeded. - Uses available resources to maintain and update knowledge on Food Service products, services and guest interaction skills.
Swedish Restaurant for customers = SWR
Coworker Restaurant for co-workers = CWR
Secure clean and always available dishes in SWR and CWR
Replenish all dish stations in SWR and CWR
Collect tray trolleys in both dining areas
Lobby cleaning, bussing/clearing tables during all open hours for SWR
Daily maintenance of dish room, including pre-shift tasks and equipment cleaning (i.e. dishwasher
