  • Clean, deodorize, and restore a wide variety of contents (furniture, electronics, household items, décor, clothing, etc.) affected by fire, smoke, and water, using appropriate chemicals, equipment, and methods.
  • Assist with structure cleaning as needed, including wiping walls, ceilings, cabinets, and fixtures after fire or water damage.
  • Identify and separate salvageable vs. non-salvageable items; photograph and document non-restorable items as required for insurance.
  • Prepare restored contents for return (pack-back), including repacking, labeling, staging, and placement back into the home or business.
  • Follow all safety, cleaning, and documentation protocols, including proper use of PPE and restoration equipment (ozone, deodorization, drying, etc.).
  • Communicate professionally and compassionately with customers who may be under significant stress, explaining processes and setting expectations.
  • Work closely with project managers and field technicians to support overall fire and water mitigation efforts, including occasional assistance with demolition or on-site mitigation tasks.
  • Maintain clean company vehicles, tools, and work areas, and report equipment or vehicle issues promptly.

  • Comfortable working in homes and buildings that have experienced fire, smoke, or water damage, including occasional after-hours or on-call work for emergencies.
  • Strong attention to detail, especially with inventory, labeling, and documentation.
  • Professional, customer-service mindset with the ability to work respectfully in occupied homes and businesses.
  • Basic technology skills (smartphone/tablet) to use contents and photo inventory software..

Schedule & Compensation:
