Build Something. Lead Something. Make a Difference.
At SERVPRO, we don't just clean buildings—we help people rebuild their lives after fire, water, and mold damage.
When disaster strikes, families trust us with some of their most valuable possessions. Furniture, photographs, heirlooms, clothing, and keepsakes all deserve to be treated with care, professionalism, and respect.
We're looking for someone who wants to lead our growing Contents Division. This is a leadership role for someone who enjoys taking ownership, helping others, and delivering exceptional results.
If you're dependable, organized, and take pride in doing things the right way, we'd love to meet you.
What You'll Be Responsible For
As the Contents Division Lead, you'll oversee specialty cleaning projects and be responsible for restoring and protecting customers' belongings.
Your responsibilities will include:
  • Fire and smoke damage cleaning
  • Contents inventory, documentation, and pack-outs
  • Pack-backs after restoration is complete
  • Residential and commercial general cleaning
  • Post-construction cleaning
  • Specialty cleaning projects
  • Cleaning and restoring furniture and household contents
  • Organizing and maintaining our contents warehouse
  • Photographing, labeling, and documenting customer belongings
  • Operating cleaning equipment and specialty restoration tools
  • Ensuring projects meet SERVPRO quality standards
  • Training and assisting technicians when needed
  • Communicating professionally with homeowners, adjusters, and project managers
We're Looking For Someone Who...
  • Naturally takes ownership
  • Has exceptional attention to detail
  • Enjoys organizing and creating systems
  • Is dependable and accountable
  • Works well independently
  • Can lead others through example
  • Communicates professionally with customers
  • Has a positive attitude, even on difficult days
  • Wants to grow into a leadership position
You don't have to know everything about restoration—we can teach the technical skills. We're looking for someone with the right attitude, a strong work ethic, and a genuine desire to help people.
Experience That Helps
Experience in any of the following is a plus:
  • Fire restoration
  • Contents restoration
  • Residential cleaning
  • Commercial cleaning
  • Hotel housekeeping
  • Janitorial services
  • Property management
  • Warehouse operations
  • Moving and storage
  • Restoration industry experience
IICRC certifications are a plus but not required.
Physical Requirements
  • Lift and carry up to 50 pounds
  • Bend, kneel, climb ladders, and work on your feet throughout the day
  • Safely operate company vehicles
  • Work in residential and commercial environments
  • Valid driver's license with an acceptable driving record
Why Join SERVPRO?
We're a locally owned business that believes great people build great companies.
We invest in our employees because we believe leadership is developed—not simply hired.
We work hard, support one another, and genuinely care about helping our customers through some of life's most difficult moments.
If you're looking for a career where your work matters and your effort is recognized, you'll fit right in.
Career Growth Opportunity
This position is more than a job—it's an opportunity to build a career.
As our company continues to grow, our goal is to expand our Contents Division into a dedicated department. The person in this role will have the opportunity to help build that department, develop systems and processes, mentor future team members, and grow into a leadership position with increased responsibility and compensation.
If you're looking for a company where you can grow instead of feeling stuck, we'd love to talk with you.
