We are seeking an experienced Flooring Specialist who is also willing to support a wide range of cleaning and restoration duties as needed. This role is ideal for someone looking to grow their skills and build a long-term career toward a Lead Restoration Technician position.
Responsibilities include, but are not limited to:
  • Drive a company vehicle to locations designated by customers.
  • Represent the Company in a professional way by your attitude, appearance, and communication with the customer
  • Perform the services above to an excellent standard with the goal to do it right the first time
  • Be punctual and reliable in attendance
  • Manage your time well in efficiency and organization
  • Work well with the ServiceMaster team by being an active member
  • General cleaning and restoration support tasks as assigned
  • Working collaboratively on job sites and assisting with mitigation projects
  • Learning new restoration techniques and expanding skill sets for career advancement
  • Complete light demolition and removal of damaged building materials.
  • Perform water extraction and structural drying activities.
  • Clean carpets, tile,upholstery, and other interior surfaces.
  • Deck and exterior surface cleaning
  • Assist with mold remediation and containment procedures.
  • Perform vandalism and bio-cleanup services as assigned.
  • Mitigate fire, smoke, and soot damage to structures and contents.
  • Pack out, move, inventory, and return customer contents.
  • Clean, restore, and deodorize personal and business contents.
  • Operate restoration equipment and tools safely and efficiently.
  • Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work environment.
QUALIFICATIONS
  • Previous cleaning experience in a commercial setting is beneficial
  • Current Driver's License and clean driver's abstract
  • Solution-oriented ability with a problem solving customer service focus
  • Physically fit with ability to lift 50 lbs comfortably and work physically for a full day
  • Able to speak and write fluent English
  • Able to be security cleared through a criminal record check
